About the project
SPILNOTA platform is a unique digital tool that aims to promote the reconstruction and economic
development of Ukraine by bringing together ideas, resources, and efforts of donors and stakeholders.
The platform provides transparency and accountability concerning finance allocation, as well as equal
rights to all districts and UTCs (United Territorial Communities) regarding their requests and needs
for assistance.
